TextTimeTools is built around a simple principle: your text stays yours. Here is exactly what happens when you use our tools.

What we collect

Nothing you type. All calculations run entirely in your browser. Your scripts, articles, and word counts are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server.
Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may record basic request metadata such as IP address, date, and page requested. This is used only for security and aggregate traffic analysis.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site use, such as page views, referrers, device category, and general region. It does not receive the text you enter into a calculator. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

We use sessionStorage only to remember whether to show the sample text once per visit. It is cleared when you close the tab and contains no personal information.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage to measure visits. Your browser or applicable regional settings may provide controls for managing those technologies.
If advertising (such as Google AdSense) is enabled in the future, those third parties may set their own cookies under their own policies. We will update this page before that happens.
